What to do if your suitcase won't retract? You must try these methods!

1. Check the wheels. If your suitcase won't retract, check to see if the wheels are stuck. If they are, they won't retract smoothly. To fix this, turn the suitcase upside down and gently tap the wheels, or spray them with lubricant to smooth them out.

2. Check the handle. The handle can also cause a suitcase to not retract. Sometimes, it may be deformed or damaged, preventing it from retracting smoothly. In this case, use pliers or a rubber mallet to slightly trim the handle, or remove and reinstall it to restore proper function.

3. Check the zipper. The zipper on a suitcase is often another reason it won't retract smoothly. If the zipper is stuck or deformed, it won't retract smoothly. Try gently moving the zipper by hand to check for any signs of binding. If it still won't retract, spray the zipper with lubricant to help it retract properly.

4. Check the Trolley Handle
If there's a problem with the luggage's handle, it can also prevent it from retracting. In this case, use pliers or a rubber mallet to gently trim the handle and inspect it for damage. If the damage is severe, it may need to be replaced to restore normal use.

In summary, a luggage's inability to retract is often caused by damage or deformation to the wheels, rod, zipper, or handle. By carefully inspecting and repairing these issues, you can easily resolve the problem and make your travels more enjoyable.
